Ultra HD streaming
Many sellers advertise 4K and deliver upscaled HD. Our 4K IPTV service streams genuine 2160p Ultra HD — live sport, PPV events and cinema releases — over AntiFreeze delivery tuned for high bitrates.
The basics
Ultra HD is a specification, not a sticker. If a provider cannot tell you the resolution and the bitrate, assume the picture is upscaled.
Four times the detail of 1080p Full HD. Anything marketed as 4K below that resolution is not 4K.
Ultra HD needs roughly 15–25 Mbps of video bitrate. A “4K” stream at 3 Mbps has the pixels but none of the detail.
We ingest native Ultra HD sources for the biggest leagues and cinema titles instead of scaling HD and relabelling it.
AntiFreeze steps quality down gracefully during a dip, so a match drops from 2160p to 1080p instead of freezing.
Requirements
Headline broadband speed is only half the story. Latency and packet loss decide whether a feed is watchable, which is why wired or 5 GHz connections fix most complaints.
| Quality | Steady speed | Typical bitrate | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| HD 720p | 10 Mbps | 3–5 Mbps | Phones and tablets |
| Full HD 1080p | 15 Mbps | 6–10 Mbps | Everyday viewing |
| 4K Ultra HD | 25 Mbps | 15–25 Mbps | Big screens and live sport |
| Two 4K streams | 50 Mbps | 30–50 Mbps | Multi-screen households |
Hardware
The stream can be Ultra HD while your box is not. These are the setups that decode 2160p properly — and the ones that quietly upscale.
Also check the HDMI cable and the TV input setting: a 4K TV on a 1080p input will happily deliver a 1080p picture and no error message. More help in the installation tutorials.
Sport in 4K
Sport is the hardest test of a 4K IPTV service: fast motion, saturated colours and thousands of viewers joining at the same second. It is also where most providers fall apart.
Troubleshooting
Wi-Fi congestion is the most common cause. Ethernet removes it entirely, and 5 GHz is the next best step.
In TiviMate or Smarters, turn on hardware decoding so the box — not the CPU in software — handles 2160p.
Pause downloads, cloud backups and game updates. A 25 Mbps connection needs 25 Mbps of actual headroom.
If it still stutters, our team will check your setup and adjust the feed. Median first reply is under five minutes.

FAQ
True 4K: 3840×2160 feeds delivered at high bitrate, with native Ultra HD sources on the biggest leagues and cinema titles. Many sellers label upscaled 1080p as 4K. Use the free trial to pause a frame and compare.
Plan for 25 Mbps of steady speed per 4K stream, with 15 Mbps for Full HD. Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi matters as much as headline speed, because latency and packet loss are what actually cause buffering.
Any 4K-capable screen and player: Fire TV Stick 4K or Max, Apple TV 4K, Nvidia Shield, Android TV boxes, modern Samsung and LG Smart TVs, and recent phones and tablets. The HDMI cable and TV input must also support 4K.
No. Every IPTV Resale plan includes the full 4K lineup — there is no Ultra HD surcharge, no premium tier and no separate 4K add-on. Plans start at $20 for a month and fall to $7.50 per month annually. See IPTV pricing.
Usually Wi-Fi congestion, an old HDMI cable, a device that decodes 4K in software, or another download saturating the line. Switch to Ethernet or 5 GHz, close background downloads and check the player’s hardware decoding setting before blaming the stream.
Yes. Football, NFL, NBA, MLB, F1, boxing and PPV events stream in native Ultra HD where the source feed exists, with AntiFreeze delivery holding the picture through peak viewing hours. See how 4K scored in our tests.
